What makes this ferret harness special?

This harness is made in the popular X-shape, also called figure-8, and is crafted from high-quality PPM rope rather than parachute cord. The material is lighter and narrower, perfectly adapts to your ferret’s body, and is especially suitable for growing ferrets.

Why use PPM rope instead of parachute cord?

Parachute cord is very strong, but this strength is overkill for ferrets. PPM rope is lighter, flexible, water-resistant, and non-toxic. It gets dirty more slowly, feels comfortable on the body, and still provides everything needed for your ferret’s comfort and ease of movement.

Which ferrets is this harness suitable for?
This harness comes in a one-size-fits-all design, suitable for both female and male ferrets. Its snug fit makes it ideal for small or growing ferrets. The aluminum element at the chest area additionally ensures a better fit.

Are there any limitations or special precautions?
No harness is completely escape-proof. This model fits snugly, so it’s important that it’s not too tight. Also, your ferret should never be lifted by the leash. Personally, I prefer my other webbing harnesses, but that is just my personal preference.
