🧵🐾 Where Ferret Love Meets a Passion for Sewing – Welcome to MissPetsmade!

This little shop is where my love for ferrets and my passion for sewing come together.
It all started with a simple search: I was looking for the perfect harness for my tiny jill, Kalypso – and that moment sparked a journey that still continues today.

Hi, I'm Claudi, better known as MissPetsmade.
Born in 1988, I’ve been a proud ferret owner since 2008 and the owner of this handmade shop since 2010.

Sewing has been my creative escape since childhood. Being 1.91 m (6'3") tall, I often had to adapt my own clothes – and that necessity slowly turned into a deep creative passion.
But sewing is more than a hobby for me – it’s also a form of therapy. Living with ADHD and mental health challenges, creating with my hands helps me calm my mind and give my soul a break.

My ferrets live in spacious indoor housing and are more than just pets – they’re loyal companions, tiny assistants, and the most honest product testers you can imagine.
They inspire many of my handmade creations and are an essential part of my life and work.

Besides sewing, I also enjoy photography and drawing as hobbies. These creative outlets help me express and process my inner world – they’re part of my self-care and emotional balance.
